We are looking for a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to lead our Sales team at Oxbridge Digital.

About the Opportunity:

  • This is a key leadership role that involves overseeing the Sales function, managing the Salesforce, and ensuring the sales team meets their targets.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Responsibilities include coaching and training the sales team, understanding client requirements, providing leadership and guidance, and maintaining good relationships with clients.
  • You will also be responsible for ensuring clients are thoroughly briefed about relevant property units and that the sales team has the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively demonstrate and market properties.
  • Actively seeking out new business opportunities through networking and relationship building is also essential.

Requirements:

  1. A degree-level education or equivalent practical experience.
  2. 6-10 years of experience in sales, preferably with management experience.
  3. Prioritizing customer satisfaction and repeat business is essential.
