We are looking for an experienced project manager to execute the full project lifecycle from requirement gathering to technical support, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills to manage software development teams, extensive knowledge of project management tools and processes, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  1. Create and implement effective project management processes to ensure timely delivery and smooth project execution.
  2. Coordinate with clients to identify concerns and address them in a timely manner.
  3. Responsible for adjusting project resources and plans to meet client needs.
  4. Design, develop, and control the development of software applications in an efficient and effective manner.
  5. Perform quality review and escalate issues as necessary.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in project management, preferably in software development.
  2. Strong leadership skills to lead and manage software development teams.
  3. Extensive knowledge of project management tools and processes.
  4. Ability to unblock technical issues and maximize team output.
  5. Outstanding technical background with a willingness to share knowledge with junior resources.
  6. Strong communication skills to communicate with personnel at all levels.
  7. Self-motivated and proactive personality.
