Job Title

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Operations Specialist. This key role will be responsible for partnering with sales teams, developing strategies, and guiding clients through change management during telematics solution implementation.

About The Role
  • Partner with Sales: Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand client needs and deliver compelling solutions.
  • Develop Strategies: Create customer-centric solutions, including prospect presentations and RFP responses, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Customer Engagement & Change Management: Guide clients through change management during telematics solution implementation, offering support and strategies for smooth adoption and integration into fleet operations.
  • Support Sales Processes: Contribute to sales process improvement, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Sales Collateral: Maintain and update sales collateral and resources, ensuring they are current and effective.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor sales initiative effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
Key Qualifications
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Professional Services, SaaS solutions, or a similar field, with a focus on customer engagement and solution development.
  • Technical Acumen: Understand technical solutions and present complex concepts clearly and compellingly.
  • Customer-Focused: Build strong relationships with clients, particularly during technology implementation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effectively presenting ideas and influencing stakeholders.
  • Analytical Thinking: Analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance customer solutions and sales strategies.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing forecasts, pipelines, and sales activities.
