Vice President of Human Resources and Industrial Relations

Job Description:As Vice President of Human Resources and Industrial Relations, you will be responsible for planning and executing strategies to promote positive employee relations, manage labor disputes, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain industrial peace and promote a positive work environment.
- Manage employment activities, including recruitment, training, and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Advise management on human resources-related matters, including labor relations, compensation, and benefits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employees, management, and labor unions to promote a collaborative and productive work environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Public Administration (MPA), with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in human resources management, labor relations, and employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex laws and regulations.
- A high level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive HR matters.
