We are seeking a seasoned Data Scientist with expertise in Generative AI to drive innovation and growth through the development of cutting-edge AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and deploy advanced GenAI models for enhanced reasoning and content generation
  2. Optimize large models via grounding, post-training, and distillation techniques to improve performance and efficiency
  3. Create autonomous agentic AI systems for decision-making and interactions that can operate independently
  4. Leverage data condensation, summarization, and de-contextualization techniques to derive valuable insights from complex data sets
  5. Architect scalable, serverless AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS to meet the demands of high-traffic applications
  6. Develop efficient prompt engineering strategies to optimize model performance and accuracy
  7. Lead projects in a self-driven and independent manner, taking ownership of project outcomes and delivery
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in NLP/machine learning, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, as well as cloud platforms like AWS
  • Experience with designing and deploying production-ready AI models using serverless technology
  • Expertise in GenAI concepts such as model distillation, MCP, RAG, MoE, prompt engineering, RLHF
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with agentic AI and autonomous systems, including their design and deployment
  • Experience deploying production AI models using Azure DevOps and other DevOps tools
