Job Description">

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Artificial Intelligence Engineer to drive our artificial intelligence initiatives forward. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building AI and machine learning applications, capable of developing scalable solutions, and integrating advanced models into various platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI/ML algorithms and models that solve complex business problems. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions.

Key responsibilities will include optimizing AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy in production environments, conducting analysis and experimentation with data to validate model performance, and leading technical discussions and mentorship sessions to advance the team's understanding of AI/ML practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • At least 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
  • Proficient in programming languages, especially Python, and familiar with libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI solutions.
  • Familiarity with data processing and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
  • Ability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
