Job Title:

Riphah University seeks a skilled Systems Support Specialist to provide expert technical assistance and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document customer inquiries accurately and thoroughly
  • Diagnose and attempt to resolve technical issues promptly
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with responsible parties regarding issues
  • Consult with outside departments and vendors when necessary for resolution
  • Monitor and follow up daily with customers on open logs to ensure timely resolutions
  • Use sound judgment in escalating unresolved issues to management
  • Maintain current working knowledge of supported systems
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Assist in server and network support projects as required
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, including professionalism, courtesy, and patience in all dealings with customers
Requirements:
  • Four (4) years of directly relevant Information Technology Service Desk experience
  • Ability to explain technical issues clearly to diverse clients, both technical and non-technical
Work Environment:

Information Technology and Services department at Riphah University in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
