Job Title: BMS and HVAC Systems Specialist

This is a dynamic role that requires an individual with strong technical expertise to ensure the optimal performance and energy efficiency of our hotel's Building Management System (BMS) and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of BMS and HVAC systems, including programming languages and software, as well as experience with system monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance to resolve complex issues efficiently.

We are looking for a skilled professional who can work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential to identify and resolve system issues effectively.

In addition, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to collaborate with colleagues and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control the BMS and HVAC systems to maintain peak performance and minimize energy consumption.
  • Identify and troubleshoot system issues, implementing corrective actions as needed to prevent downtime.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including checking system parameters, cleaning filters, and inspecting equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Collaborate with other departments to guarantee that the systems meet their requirements and needs.
  • Respond promptly to alarms and notifications, taking corrective action to prevent system downtime and ensure continuous operation.
  • Analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary to optimize system performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of system performance, maintenance activities, and repairs to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to hotel safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in BMS and HVAC systems, including programming languages and software.
  • Experience with system monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve system issues effectively.
