Job Description:

  • Maintain high standards of excellence and uptime for staff computers, internal/user application servers, hardware, and software.
  • Administer and maintain Windows-based network including troubleshooting, user account creation, configuration, installation and maintenance of network drivers, devices, computers, and servers.
  • Install, test, and support network devices, computers, and server software, as well as install software patches as needed.
  • Support systems integration solutions implementation, testing, documentation, and maintenance.
  • Assist with data storage needs implementation and monitoring, ensuring backup and disaster recovery capabilities are maintained.
  • Manage cPanel & Microsoft Office 365 to ensure proper internal/external messaging flow, including email account/distribution group creation.
  • Assist users with technical hardware and software needs.
  • Manage security systems including monitored intrusion security, video surveillance, and server room temperature/moisture monitoring.
  • Supervise and mentor the support team, manage duty roster as required.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements and best practices in IT administration to enhance system efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or information systems.
  • Relevant professional qualifications, such as MCITP, CCNA, or ITIL.
  • At least 6 years of experience in a similar IT administration role.
  • Extensive expertise in IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex IT challenges.
  • Exceptional time and team management skills.
