The Customer Service Manager will oversee a team of customer service representatives, providing exceptional service to customers in the USA and Canada. This role involves resolving complex issues, implementing process improvements, and managing remote teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise, train and mentor a team of customer service representatives to deliver high-quality service.
- Customer Interaction Management: Oversee the handling of customer inquiries, complaints and order issues for knitted apparel.
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures and KPIs tailored to the garment retail industry.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service management or supervisory role, preferably in retail or e-commerce, with experience managing remote teams.
