Travel agents play a crucial role in the tourism industry, connecting clients with their dream destinations. As a Global Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating travel arrangements, ensuring seamless experiences for our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Plan Itineraries: Create customized travel itineraries that meet the needs and preferences of clients, including transportation, accommodation, and activities.
  • Client Communication: Provide expert advice on travel options, answer client inquiries, and ensure timely responses to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Logistical Support: Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements, while also managing large-scale events such as conferences and retreats.
  • Sales and Revenue: Meet sales targets and revenue goals by promoting travel packages and services to clients, effectively upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client information, financial transactions, and travel arrangements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality, tourism, or business administration.
  • Work Experience: Proven experience in a travel-related industry, preferably as a travel agent or coordinator.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English, strong sales and negotiation abilities, and knowledge of computer reservation systems.
