We are seeking passionate customer-oriented travel agents to assist clients with local and international travel bookings, whether for holidays, visiting friends or business trips.

Travel agents will communicate directly with customers via various channels to help them with online bookings, sightseeing, memberships, and support modifications to their bookings.

The goal is to provide an extraordinary customer experience by answering questions, supporting and solving issues in a courteous and professional manner.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints and requests via various communication channels.
  • Research and resolve customer issues using appropriate tools and resources.
  • Create resolutions that meet customer satisfaction while maintaining ownership of the issue.
  • Document customer incidents and resolutions accurately and timely.

Additionally, travel agents will be responsible for:

  • Upselling and sales tasks.
  • Achieving performance metrics as determined for contact center representatives.
  • Maintaining positive working relationships with peers, management, coworkers, and partners.
  • Managing resources to ensure established service levels are achieved at all times.
  • Maintaining confidentiality.
  • Working effectively as a team player within the department, company, and network.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Strong Travel Industry Knowledge.
  • Strong Organizational Skills.
  • Technical Skills and Microsoft Office Proficiency.
  • Thorough knowledge of travel industry procedures, policies, and applications.

Able to adapt well to change with strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. Must maintain confidentiality.
