Key Accounts Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Accounts Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key distributors and customers in the allocated region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies for the allocated region in line with revenue targets.
  • Work closely with Regional Key Account Managers and Territory Sales Managers to ensure regional revenue targets are cascaded and achieved.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop route-to-market strategies for the allocated region.
  • Track and monitor actual spend vs budget, identifying any variances.
  • Identify, pursue, and build robust business relationships with retail operators through Modern Trade channels.
  • Assess distributor performance on an ongoing basis and conduct regular visits to build and maintain relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to expand NFL's presence in underserved markets within Modern Trade using market intelligence.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements with distributors.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and QIRD teams to review and analyse product category performance.
  • Provide training and guidance to Territory Sales Managers to ensure they operate in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor performance, and evolving consumer preferences.
