Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying staff vacancies, recruiting, interviewing, and selecting applicants who possess the required skills and qualifications.

In addition to these core responsibilities, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will also be responsible for providing current and prospective employees with information about company policies, job duties, working conditions, employee benefits, and opportunities for promotion.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain accurate records and compile statistical reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify staff vacancies and recruit suitable candidates through various channels.
  • Interview and select applicants based on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
  • Provide current and prospective employees with information about company policies, job duties, working conditions, and employee benefits.
  • Maintain accurate records and compile statistical reports to support business decision-making.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
