Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team.

This role is responsible for managing calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, as well as coordinating travel arrangements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management: Manage and maintain executives' and teams' calendars, ensuring efficient time management and avoiding conflicts.
  • Travel Coordination: Book flights, hotels, and transportation for business travel, prepare travel itineraries, and process expense reports.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with permit applications, gather necessary documentation, and ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Financial Administration: Process and track bill payments, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant.
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain a high level of organization.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
