Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Admin Manager to join our team. As an Admin Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of internal Standard Operating Procedures and Systems across project operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for administration.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will work closely with the Director to develop and implement effective administrative systems, ensuring seamless operation of the organization's projects. Key responsibilities include managing internal procedures, coordinating logistics, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and procedures
- Coordinate logistics and supply chain management
- Provide excellent customer service and support to the team
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate records and databases
Requirements:
- Commerce Graduate or equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in an administrative role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
