Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality content (text, image, and video) for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create and execute monthly content calendars and campaigns aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visual and written content.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and engagement opportunities.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track KPIs and prepare performance reports using analytics tools.
  • Conduct competitor research and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
  • Support paid advertising campaigns by coordinating with digital marketing specialists.
  • Assist in influencer outreach and brand collaborations when required.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of social media platforms and their capabilities.
  • Excellent writing, graphic design, and video production skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
