Elementary Education Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Academic Program Coordinator to oversee the academic programs for elementary students. This role will involve coordinating and developing curriculum, supporting teachers, and ensuring educational standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement curriculum for elementary students\
• Support teachers in their instructional roles\

• Develop and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders to support academic initiatives\
• Identify and recommend resources and services to support academic excellence\
• Develop and manage budgets related to academic programs\
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders regarding academic matters\
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in academic program coordination and education\
• Other responsibilities as needed\
• Strategic planning and collaboration with senior leadership to shape the future of our academic programs\
• Review and analyze data to inform instruction and drive student success\
• Identify areas of opportunity for growth and improvement in our academic programs\
• Build and maintain relationships with teachers and staff to ensure alignment with departmental goals\
• Provide guidance and support to new hires or employees transitioning into this role\
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and research\
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management\
• Ability to develop and manage complex projects and timelines\
• Experience with budgeting and financial planning in an educational setting\
• Knowledge of educational policies and regulations\
