Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karāchi for an Academic Coordinator for Elementary. The Academic Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the academic programs for elementary students. Duties include curriculum development, teacher support, and ensuring educational standards are met. The Coordinator will also work closely with faculty to provide professional development, manage student assessments, and support student academic progress and achievement. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with parents and guardians to address any academic concerns.
Qualifications
- Experience in curriculum development and academic program coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and parents
- Familiarity with educational standards and assessment methods
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field
- Experience working in an elementary school setting is preferred
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
