Senior Business Continuity Manager

As a seasoned Business Continuity Management Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive business continuity plans to ensure seamless operations in the face of disruptions.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to business operations and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Perform business impact analysis to identify critical resources including maximum tolerable downtime, recovery time objective and recovery point objective.
- Establish and maintain up-to-date documentation, plans and procedures, and conduct regular reviews to ensure effectiveness of continuity measures.
- Coordinate incident response, crisis management and disaster recovery framework, and analyze test results and incidents to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training on business continuity principles, procedures and employee roles in a disruption and foster a culture of preparedness and resilience across the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Continuity Management, Risk Management or related field.
- Certification in Business Continuity Management is highly desirable.
- 2+ years experience developing, implementing and managing business continuity plans within a BCM framework.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage complex processes and projects.
