Head Nurse

We are seeking an exceptional leader to assume the role of Head Nurse, overseeing the Ward/Unit's operational and administrative aspects.

Key responsibilities:

• To organize and manage staffing, rosters, and schedules for staff Nurses and Paramedical Staff.
• To ensure quality patient care by coordinating with various departments and Consultants.
• To oversee the checking of special assignments, Nurses documentation, pending orders, and observe dress code and Nursing Issues that require attention.

We prioritize excellent leadership skills in a Head Nurse who can efficiently manage Unit Par levels (Medical & Surgical) and crash carts.

Responsibilities include arranging clinical rounds in their Units, conducting environment checks, ensuring attendance records of nurses posted in the ward, and reporting to the office of MNS.

The ideal candidate will also be responsible for managing indents and procuring ward supplies and drugs, maintaining daily patient census, and reporting critically ill patients to the Nursing Manager.

Additionally, we require our Head Nurse to implement healthcare quality and patient safety according to approved organizational policies and procedures.
