
Key Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Key Account Growth Specialist to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional who has a proven track record of success in driving growth and expansion for key customers.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of each client's business, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and align those business needs with our solution. You will be responsible for developing strong executive relationships, conducting surveys to understand pain points within our clients' businesses, and partnering with your account team to support and grow your customers.
This role requires a strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a natural ability to convey and relate ideas to others. The successful candidate will also have a high attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and be open to embracing continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:- Develop strong executive relationships and a deep understanding of each client's business in order to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Survey prospects to understand pain points within their business so that you can align those business needs with our solution.
- Demo our software and solutions to fleet managers or larger more strategic customers.
- Partner with your account team to support and grow your customers.
- Resolve problems and implement best available solutions.
- Effectively plan to meet and exceed ongoing business goals and revenue quotas.
- Develop a deep understanding of our technology platform and operations, using that understanding and market input to bring back iterations to our business.
- Bachelor's Degree and/or in-depth exposure to B2B customers.
- A proven track record of success with 3+ years of relevant or transferable work experience.
- Strong end-to-end ownership attitude from identifying opportunities to closing large complex deals.
- Leadership and management experience with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and key decision makers externally.
- Strong ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers and deliver unique solutions.
