Senior Engineering Lead for Software Analytics

As a Senior Engineering Lead, you will oversee the development of innovative software solutions that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. Your team's focus is on creating end-to-end product testing capabilities using automation frameworks like Selenium WebDriver or Playwright.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and execute comprehensive test strategies.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, scripts, and tools to ensure high-quality products.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in automated testing.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and embedded devices.
