Job Description

As a seasoned professional, you will drive the development and execution of strategic initiatives in influencer marketing and media/creative strategy. Leveraging your expertise, you will develop impactful strategies, build strong relationships with clients and agency partners, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective content, PR, and narrative building strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with clients and agencies to understand their goals, target audience, and brand messaging.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, consumer insights, and competitor strategies that inform our strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain our strategic plan, including long-term goals, objectives, and action plans.
  • Monitor key initiative progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated influencer marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering, or computer science, with 6-8 years of experience in strategy consulting, in-house strategy, or a similar analytically rigorous role.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience in data analysis and problem-solving.
  • A deep understanding of influencer marketing trends, best practices, and industry dynamics.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client and agency partnerships.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills, with the ability to rapidly adapt to changing scope and evolving business requirements.
  • Experience managing influencer campaigns across various social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in using influencer marketing platforms and tools.
