Growth Optimization Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track acquisition retention KPIs.
- Develop strategies to acquire and retain customers and drivers.
- A/B testing implementation for continuous improvements.
- Analyze data for passengers' and drivers' behavior and feedback.
- Exchange ideas and data with other departments to present results and improve the product.
- Understand conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and apply them to any business.
- Work with the AARRR Metrics Diagram (Acquisition - Activation - Retention - Referral - Revenue).
- Optimize channels to improve the business.
- Scale and automate growth processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in analytics, marketing, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in growth and strategy.
- Data-driven with clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics, and statistics.
- A/B Testing and Data Analytics experience.
- Knowledge of both inbound and outbound marketing.
