Expert Telecom Inventory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing inventory processes, ensuring accurate tracking, timely availability, and cost-effective management of telecom assets.

The role demands deep expertise in inventory control, warehouse operations management, and supply chain dynamics. The successful candidate will oversee all inventory operations at 3PL & OEM Warehouse facilities, including receipt, storage, tracking, and dispatch of telecom equipment and materials using advanced inventory management systems.

The role involves planning, organizing, and controlling inventory of telecom equipment, spare parts, and consumables across various network segments. The specialist will track and monitor inventory levels and locations using advanced inventory management systems to maintain real-time visibility and data accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams and coordinating cross-functional operations. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this role. Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge of Just-In-Time inventory and supply chain best practices.

The Inventory Management Specialist will work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure safe and timely delivery of telecom assets while managing supply chain risks. The role requires eliminating redundant, obsolete, or unused inventory to minimize waste and reduce costs.

The specialist will maintain detailed documentation and reporting on inventory status, movement, and financial impact to support decision-making and compliance. Collaboration with procurement, finance, operations, and network teams is crucial to align inventory management with business objectives and technology deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize inventory processes
• Ensure accurate tracking, timely availability, and cost-effective management of telecom assets

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inventory & warehouse management, preferably within the telecom sector or related technology industries
• Proven expertise in inventory control systems, ERP software, and data analytics tools
• Strong understanding of telecom equipment, SIM cards, network devices, and related supply chain dynamics
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams and coordinating cross-functional operations
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Just-In-Time inventory and supply chain best practices
