Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional to spearhead procurement processes, negotiate contracts and establish strategic relationships with suppliers. This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization and contribute to the success of our supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong critical thinking and analytical skills, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities include supplier liaison, cost analysis and quotation, order management, tracking and resolution, database management and operational leadership.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our General Manager to drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain regular communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead tendering processes and negotiate contracts with suppliers

  3. Oversee the complete purchase order lifecycle
  4. Monitor and track order statuses, resolving any discrepancies or issues
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier databases
