Job Description:
- HR Operations:
- Design and implement human resources policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks to support a fast-growing organization.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and human resources information systems to ensure seamless HR operations.
- Oversee employee records, compliance reporting, and HR documentation.
- Partner with leadership to ensure legal compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Establish and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- People Operations:
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and company culture.
- Drive performance management initiatives, including goal setting, feedback cycles, and career development programs.
- Lead initiatives to improve workplace diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
- Conduct employee surveys and leverage insights to optimize workplace satisfaction and productivity.
- Implement learning and development programs to upskill employees and support career growth.
- Organize team-building activities, wellness programs, and employee recognition initiatives.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute a recruitment strategy to attract top-tier talent across multiple functions.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong employer branding to position us as a top workplace in the SaaS industry.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define job roles, competencies, and hiring goals.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes and candidate experience.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and retention rates.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, people operations, or talent acquisition, preferably in a tech or SaaS company.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
- Proven experience in building and scaling HR processes and systems.
- Hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment and employer branding.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
