Job Description:

  • HR Operations:
    • Design and implement human resources policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks to support a fast-growing organization.
    • Manage payroll, benefits administration, and human resources information systems to ensure seamless HR operations.
    • Oversee employee records, compliance reporting, and HR documentation.
    • Partner with leadership to ensure legal compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    • Establish and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • People Operations:
    • Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and company culture.
    • Drive performance management initiatives, including goal setting, feedback cycles, and career development programs.
    • Lead initiatives to improve workplace diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
    • Conduct employee surveys and leverage insights to optimize workplace satisfaction and productivity.
    • Implement learning and development programs to upskill employees and support career growth.
    • Organize team-building activities, wellness programs, and employee recognition initiatives.
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and execute a recruitment strategy to attract top-tier talent across multiple functions.
    • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Build and maintain strong employer branding to position us as a top workplace in the SaaS industry.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define job roles, competencies, and hiring goals.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes and candidate experience.
    • Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and retention rates.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, people operations, or talent acquisition, preferably in a tech or SaaS company.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
  • Proven experience in building and scaling HR processes and systems.
  • Hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment and employer branding.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
