Job Title: Export Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Export Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing export operations, including coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Search for new customers through online research and outreach efforts
  • Communicate effectively with customers via email, phone, and other digital channels
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to export documentation

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and correspondence

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in export management, sales, or related field
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  5. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  7. Familiarity with export regulations, customs procedures, and trade agreements
