Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Innovative ERP Solution Expert to manage and continuously improve our in-house ERP system.

This role requires a professional who is equally strong on the technical side (customization, development, integrations) and the functional side (process design, implementation, user support).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the ERP system.
  • Gather requirements from internal teams and design functional workflows in the ERP system.
  • Customize and develop ERP modules to meet company-specific needs.
  • Ensure smooth implementation and deployment of new modules and features.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize ERP applications for performance and reliability.
  • Provide functional support and training to internal users.
  • Maintain technical and functional documentation for the ERP system.
  • Integrate the ERP system with other business applications as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in an ERP Techno-Functional role, preferably managing an in-house ERP system.
  • Strong understanding of functional modules, workflows, and best practices in ERP systems.
  • Ability to analyze internal processes and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
