About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Solutions Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in business process analysis, stakeholder management, and project delivery. A key focus of this role will be to enhance user adoption of already implemented ERP modules and lead the rollout of new modules, particularly within Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementations, from requirement gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into functional ERP requirements.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Develop and document functional specifications, business process flows, use cases, and configuration guides.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and configure ERP modules.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, resources, and risks using agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 8+ years of experience in ERP consulting, with hands-on exposure to project management organization is preferred.
  • Bachelor / Master degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • ERP Certification in relevant platforms, Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.
Competencies

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • In-depth understanding of complex organizational structures involving multiple business units, product units, and departments working in coordination.
  • Strong understanding of core business functions: Finance, Supply Chain, Project Management, Sales, and HR.
  • Proficiency in any major ERP platform and demonstrated experience in end-to-end ERP lifecycle implementations, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (On-prem).
  • Exceptional stakeholder and vendor management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities.
  • Proficient in project management tools and practices.
