
Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive business and sales growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with clients, executing the sales plan, and maintaining client interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients across various levels
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets through industry and community involvement
- Support marketing efforts in creating and managing business development plans
- Nurture existing customer relationships through regular communication
- Prospect for new business through cold calling and engagement with potential customers
- Respond to inquiries and serve as a contact point between the organization and its clients and markets
- Conduct market research and gather customer information to inform sales strategies
- Excellent English language skills (fluent speaking and writing)
- Relevant sales experience preferred but not mandatory
- Sales-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills
- Maturity, confidence, perseverance, patience, commercial awareness, IT skills, and numerical skills are essential
