Key Ecommerce Sales Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Ecommerce Sales Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales achievement in e-commerce, with the ability to develop and execute effective strategies to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and executing comprehensive sales plans to achieve monthly revenue and profitability targets.
  2. Forecasting sales based on past trends and market analysis to inform pricing and inventory decisions.
  3. Monitoring daily sales performance against competition and implementing adjustments to meet target sales.
  4. Collaborating with supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of products to meet sales demand.
  5. Analyzing and reporting sales performance for management review.
  6. Providing exceptional customer service to resolve complaints and build brand loyalty.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  1. Proven sales orientation and business acumen.
  2. Strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive sales growth.
  3. Proficiency with MS Excel to analyze sales data and inform business decisions.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Experience in demand planning and forecasting.
  2. At least 2 years experience in an ecommerce sales role.

Additionally, candidates should possess a four-year bachelor's degree in business or related field.
