Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective HR initiatives and systems
  2. Provide expert guidance on policies and procedures
  3. Contribute to recruitment efforts by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
  4. Create personalized onboarding plans to ensure a seamless transition for new hires
  5. Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  6. Support performance management processes, including goal setting and progress tracking
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, adhering to policy and legal requirements
Job Specification:
  1. Proven experience in HR, administration, or a related field
  2. Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, training, and benefits administration
  3. Familiarity with labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  4. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  6. Bachelor's degree in business administration, social studies, or a relevant field; further education or certifications a plus
