Technical Training Specialist - A Key Role in Sustainable Cotton Production

The successful candidate will implement project plans at assigned sites under the guidance of the Project Manager and Project Region Coordinators.

This position is initially a one-year contract with six months probation period. However, based on satisfactory performance, candidates may be continued up to the project's extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement project plans at assigned sites
  • Work under the guidance of the Project Manager and Project Region Coordinators
  • Develop partnerships with governments and trade associations
  • Contribute to the project's success

About the Role:

CABI is implementing Better Cotton Projects in lower Sindh, Pakistan for sustainable cotton production and improved quality. The project aims to achieve Better Cotton goals across social, environmental, and economic aspects. Key performance indicators include farmers trained and licensed, hectares licensed, and BC MT tons produced.
