Agro Training Professional

We are looking for a skilled Agro Training Professional to join our team. This role involves implementing project plans at assigned locations, working under the guidance of a Project Manager and in collaboration with Project Region Coordinators.

• Develop and deliver training programs to farmers and other stakeholders to enhance cotton production and quality.
• Promote sustainable cotton production practices by collaborating with government agencies, trade associations, and other national scale entities.
• Conduct needs assessments and create training materials to address specific challenges in cotton production.

1. Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Education, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in training and capacity building, preferably in agriculture or a related field.
3. Strong understanding of sustainable agriculture practices and principles.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Master's degree in Agriculture, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in project management and implementation.
• Knowledge of local languages and cultures.
