Job Title: HR Assistant

This role requires a proactive and forward-thinking HR professional who can develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with the organization's overall objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment and selection process, developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, and nurturing a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Management: Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with the organization's overall objectives.
  2. Employee Relations: Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Recruitment and Selection: Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure high-quality candidate pools.
  4. HR Strategies: Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  5. Training and Development: Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  6. Performance Appraisal: Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and achievement.
Requirements:
  • Proven working experience as an HR manager or other HR executive, preferably in a similar industry or organization.
  • People-oriented and results-driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics, including data analysis and interpretation.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases, including talent management software.
  • Ability to architect strategy and drive organizational change, with leadership skills to inspire and motivate employees.
