Job Title: Electrical & Automation Manager

Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the automation and MES systems within a factory environment, ensuring all systems are optimized for performance, safety, and regulatory compliance. As an Electrical & Automation Manager, you will drive engineering excellence, oversee digital transformation of manufacturing operations, and provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams to support manufacturing and quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supervising technical teams, contractors, and third parties to ensure project and daily operations are delivered effectively.
  • Leading commissioning, launching, and start-up of digital modules, technical equipment, and production lines.
  • Ensuring full compliance with industry regulations and internal standards in automation and electrical systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Automation and/or MES Manager in an FMCG environment.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC systems (Rockwell, Wonderware, AVEVA System Platform, Thin Manager).
  • Experience with SCADA architecture, including ACP Thin Client and AVEVA Insight platforms for liquid/powder processing.
  • Expertise in virtualized server infrastructure, with knowledge of firewalls, networks, and FAS systems in industrial settings.
