Job Description:

This role is responsible for leading automation and MES systems within the factory environment, ensuring all systems are optimized for performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.

The Automation/MES Manager will drive engineering excellence, oversee digital transformation of manufacturing operations, and provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams to support manufacturing and quality objectives.

  • Supervise technical teams, contractors, and third parties to ensure project and daily operations are delivered effectively.
  • Lead commissioning, launching, and start-up of digital modules, technical equipment, and production lines.
  • Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and internal standards in automation and electrical systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Automation and/or MES Manager in an FMCG environment.

Certifications (Preferred): Automation, PLC Programming, SCADA Systems, PMP, Six Sigma.
