Human Resource Specialist Position

We are seeking an accomplished professional to manage our organization's Human Resource Services. This role demands a driven individual with exceptional English language skills and experience in HR operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Promote efficient management of HR functions and operations, including employee performance programs and the implementation of HR Information Systems.
  • Coordinate training programs for employee development and facilitate regular employee recognition initiatives.
  • Engage in performance management activities and propose enhancements to personnel-related systems.
  • Provide guidance to managers on interpreting and applying human resource policies and procedures.
  • Resolve employee discipline issues and coordinate health benefits.
  • Implement HR Information Software and serve as a liaison between the company and employees.
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master's degree in Human Resources Management preferred.
  • 0-1 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and team management.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of service delivery and be able to foster a healthy work environment.
