We are a group of companies which include a digital media agency, law firm, wedding agency, and a consultancy firm. We are looking for a passionate candidate to join our HR department which looks after the whole group of companies.

Position: HR Assistant

Job Details:

  • Workdays: Monday to Saturday
  • Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Salary (During Probation Period): Rs. 50,000 per month
  • Salary (After Probation Period): Rs. 60,000 per month + Other Benefits
  • Posting Location: Head Office, Block 5, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
  • We have three offices in Karachi, located at: Gulshan-e-Iqbal (Head Office), DHA, North Nazimabad. If needed HR team visits DHA and North Nazimabad offices to conduct interviews.

Requirements:

  • Must have a 10,000+ connections on LinkedIn (Mandatory) and must have expert level command on using LinkedIn.
  • Education: Must be a graduate (degree completed).
  • Experience: Minimum one year of HR experience in a fast-paced organization, preferably in a digital media agency, software house, advertising agency, marketing company, insurance, etc.
  • Strong command of the English language (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet research.
  • Able to give extra hours to assist in the hiring process.
  • Personality Traits: Sharp-minded, intelligent, confident, extroverted, independent, career-oriented, hardworking, Can Do It Approach, and passionate.

Job Description:

  • Use LinkedIn and other job portals to find talented candidates for our group of companies.
  • 90% of the work is related to finding the right talent and hiring them.
  • 10% of the work is related to payroll, attendance, documentation, and other administrative work.

Pay: Rs50, Rs60,000.00 per month
