Process Excellence & Data Governance Lead

As a key member of the finance team, you will play a crucial role in driving process optimization and data integrity across the organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • \

    • Finance Process Optimization

      \
      • \

      • Execute end-to-end finance process improvement initiatives using structured methodologies & tools.

        \

      • Support benchmarking, gap analysis, and root cause identification for inefficiencies and compliance gaps.

        \

      • Collaborate with finance teams to standardize and harmonize Key finance processes, controls, and policies.

        \

      • Work closely with ERP teams to support process design aligned with Oracle Fusion capabilities.

        • Requirements:

          \
          • \

          • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.

            \

          • 5+ years of experience in finance process improvement, data governance, or analytics.

            \

          • Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP, and automation tools (e.g. RPAs).

            \

          • Strong understanding of master data, controls, and governance practices.

            \

          • Exposure to GenAI tools and advanced analytics in finance is a strong plus.

              • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

              • Proficient in process mapping, root cause analysis, and performance measurement.

              • Experience in managing cross-functional collaboration.
