This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-focused individual to take on the Front Desk Operations role.
Duties:
- Coordinate front desk operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records, including visitor logs and meeting schedules.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to process purchase orders and track expenses.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Work closely with housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Develop and maintain digital and physical records according to office protocols.
Requirements:
- Intermediate or higher education degree
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative position
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with Google Chat and collaboration tools
- Basic knowledge of office software and digital communication platforms
