Job Title: Marketing Executive

Role Overview

This is a key leadership position responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth, improve brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns, managing budgets, and leading high-performing teams. They will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives;
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective ROI;
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver marketing campaigns and projects;
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies;
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop targeted sales enablement programs;
  • Optimize website content and user experience to drive conversions;
  • Measure and report on marketing performance using data analytics tools.
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles;
  2. Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and meeting or exceeding targets;
  3. Strong knowledge of marketing principles, including branding, product promotion, and customer engagement;
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills;
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
  6. Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems;
  7. Highly analytical and results-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement;
  8. Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
