As a Business Development and Partnerships Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expansion of our partnership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with external stakeholders, including educational institutions, businesses, and other relevant organizations.
  • Identify and generate leads through targeted research, networking events, and industry connections.
Pitch Development and Execution
  • Develop tailored pitches aligned to the specific needs and interests of prospective partners.
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships Lead to develop proposals and presentations.
Partnership Management
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of our offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner organizations, contacts, and interactions.
Market Research and Analysis
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging educational technologies.
  • Analyze data to identify potential partnership opportunities and inform strategy.
Event Participation and Communication
  • Represent us at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with internal teams to align partnership efforts with organizational goals.
Performance Metrics and Reporting
  • Prepare regular reports on partnership activities and lead generation efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with the education sector, including K-12, higher education, professional development, and lifelong learning.
  • Understanding of business development concepts and strategies, including lead generation, pipeline management, and relationship building.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
