
Strategic Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team and support the expansion of our platform through strategic partnerships with colleges and universities. This role is critical in driving business growth and ensuring the successful execution of our partnership efforts.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple tasks, and have a strong understanding of negotiation techniques. Experience in the education sector or EdTech industry is a plus, but not necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential colleges and universities for partnerships.
- Assist in creating tailored proposals and presentations for academic institutions.
- Manage outreach efforts, including contacting potential partners via email, phone, and meetings.
- Support the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare materials and reports for meetings with academic stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Help develop marketing and sales strategies to engage new clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and facilitate a smooth transition to the partnerships and client success teams.
- Participate in educational webinars, networking events, and conferences.
- Track, analyze, and report on outreach activities and partnership progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
