Job Profile

Key responsibilities of this position include overseeing manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards, supervising production teams, coordinating inventory management, optimizing production workflows, maintaining equipment functionality, and generating reports for audits.

  1. Operational Leadership:
  • Lead the daily operations of production teams and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Provide guidance and support to production staff to enhance productivity and technical skills.
Quality Management:
  • Monitor production processes to maintain product quality and implement corrective actions when deviations occur.
  • Ensure that all production activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements, and company quality standards.
Process Efficiency:
  • Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance production workflows.
  • Implement lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement strategies.
Required Skills
  1. Technical Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes (solid, liquid, injectable forms).
  • Knowledge of formulation techniques and packaging standards.
Manufacturing Process Expertise:
  • Proficiency in process improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Ability to reduce costs while enhancing productivity and efficiency.
Leadership and Management:
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and train production teams effectively.
  • Conflict resolution and workforce management skills.
