
Senior Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive market expansion and revenue growth in the gaming industry.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with local game developers, publishers, distributors, and platform partners.
You will provide market insights to support localized marketing and monetization strategies, monitor local market trends, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in Pakistan's gaming ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or game operation in the gaming industry, with a proven track record in negotiating deals, managing P&L, and achieving revenue targets.
Fluency in English and Urdu is required, along with strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
Preferred attributes include experience working with global gaming companies or tech startups, knowledge of local payment systems, app store ecosystems, and UA platforms.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred, as well as a passion for gaming and understanding of popular genres in Pakistan.
