Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Manager

As a Senior Financial Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems. This includes assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate posting of financial transactions, and monitoring accounts payable and receivable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, providing insights into our company's financial performance.
  • Financial Transaction Management: Ensure timely and accurate posting of financial transactions, maintaining the integrity of our financial records.
  • Cash Flow Forecasting: Monitor accounts payable and receivable, managing cash flow forecasts to ensure optimal liquidity.
  • Banking Operations: Manage banking operations, including handling payments, fund transfers, and maintaining relationships with banks.
  • Loan Documentation: Work closely with banks on loan documentation, processing, renewals, and compliance requirements.
  • Audits: Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
