Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Gujranwala. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, developing operational strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing staff, and optimizing processes for efficiency. The role will also involve monitoring performance metrics and implementing improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

  • Experience in team leadership and staff management
  • Ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
